Hotel Virtual Tour Services in Singapore, Asia and Worldwide

Hotel Virtual Tour Services

I offer 360 virtual tour services for hotels and resorts in Singapore, Asia and Worldwide. I have been working as a hotel and resort photographer for over 15 years and I understand the importance of showcasing a hotel's unique spaces and design elements to potential guests. I specialize in creating virtual tours for hotels that allow guests to fully experience the property before they even step foot in the door.

My virtual tours are designed to give guests a comprehensive and immersive experience of the hotel's spaces, from the grand lobby to the guest rooms. Using medium format camera systems and advanced techniques, I am able to capture the hotel's true essence and present it in a way that is both visually stunning and easy to navigate.

One of the key benefits of a virtual tour is that it allows guests to get a feel for the hotel before they book, which can lead to increased bookings and higher occupancy rates. Additionally, virtual tours are a great way to showcase a hotel's amenities and services, such as on-site dining, spa facilities, and meeting spaces, which can also help to drive bookings.

For a closer look at what each hotel has to offer, I invite you to click on any of the images on this page. This action will take you directly to the hotel virtual tour associated with that particular image, allowing you to explore the hotel's spaces and amenities in greater detail. Experience the property as if you were walking through its doors, from the comfort of your own home or office.

Artyzen Singapore

The Artyzen Singapore Hotel Virtual Tour features a top menu navigation system and diamond-shaped 'visited' checkboxes in the description area. In the penthouse, you'll find open/close effects on the TV walls of the main living area. The restaurant showcases day/night effects, allowing the virtual tour to transition between day and night, offering viewers the chance to experience the space in both settings. The tour begins with an aerial 360 panorama, providing a bird's-eye view of the hotel. It highlights the hotel's proximity to both the Orchard Road shopping district and the lush greenery of the nearby residential area in Singapore.

360 Photography for Hotels & Resorts

I have been working as a hotel photographer for over 15 years. I use the same photography and lighting techniques in 360 hotel photography as I do in standard hotel photography.

For hotel virtual tours, I do not use '360-degree cameras' because they don't offer the necessary post-production capabilities to meet my hotel clients' high standards. Instead, I rely on a medium format camera system and lighting techniques that I use in my traditional hotel photography. This ensures the hotel virtual tours maintain the same high quality and attention to detail.

I also provide professional retouching and post-production services for my 360 images, just as for my traditional hotel photos. The hospitality industry requires a high level of perfection in their images, and I am prepared to meet the same editing demands for 360 photography as for standard hotel photography. Whether it's replacing views and skies or performing intricate fabric retouching, I can manage any editing request from my clients.

Customised Virtual Tour Web Interfaces

Through years of experience, I have discovered that off-the-shelf virtual tour building software is not sufficient for professional use in the hotel and resort industry. Programs such as 3DVista and other tour builders may appear impressive, but they are limited in their customization options and making changes can be cumbersome. My aim is to ensure my clients aren't restricted by software limitations. To address this, I collaborate with highly skilled web developers to craft custom virtual tour interfaces tailored to specific needs. If you have a vision for your virtual tour, please share it; we're here to bring it to life.

My virtual tours are fully optimized for the web and mobile devices, which means that guests can easily view the tour on their computer, tablet, or smartphone. This ensures that the virtual tour is accessible to the widest possible audience and can be easily shared on social media and other online platforms.

Virtual Tour Features

Here are a few unique features that I offer in my virtual tours

Content Management System (CMS)

My virtual tours feature a flexible content management system (CMS). Managing the text within the tour is extremely important. The CMS allows clients the opportunity to make real-time text changes during development, directly from their own computers during the development process. This eliminates the need to send updates back and forth, saving them time and ensuring they can instantly see their changes reflected within the tour.

Once the tour is ready for publishing, I export the data from the CMS and embed it directly into the tour files, ensuring that all information remains accurate and self contained for fast loading.

Multi-language Virtual Tours

Our virtual tours now feature an optional multi-language function that allows for easy translation of all text elements within the tour. Clients can also edit the tour's description section using the Content Mangement System (CMS), making it simple to update multiple languages from one online source. This feature allows for offering the tour on multi-language pages of your website. Additionally, our "deep linking" function allows for unique URLs for each 360 view to be opened in the desired language.

Offline Virtual Tours for Sales Teams

My tours are often used by hotel sales teams who use the 360-degree images of areas like the function rooms and ballrooms in their presentations. To accommodate teams who may not have reliable internet connections during their meetings, I can provide offline versions of the hotel virtual tour. These can be loaded onto a Mac or PC, eliminating the need for an internet connection. This gives your sales team peace of mind, knowing they can always use these 360-degree images as a powerful sales tool.

MICE Sales Tool

MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) spaces are a key revenue driver for hotels, and our virtual tours can serve as a powerful sales tool for your team. The MICE cluster feature allows room dimensions and measurement lines to be displayed directly within the tour. We can also integrate PDFs, floorplans and any other materials your sales team may need. The feature is fully customisable, ensuring it aligns with your hotel's specific requirements and sales workflow.

Deep Linking

The virtual tour includes a feature called deep linking that enables linking to specific parts of the tour using unique URLs. This can be achieved by adding a small bit of text to the end of the URL.

This feature allows for creating a self-contained virtual tour, where each room or area can have its own unique URL and entry point. This means that the standard king room can have its own unique link, as well as the deluxe king room, and so on. These unique links can be easily incorporated into the hotel website's room type information, providing an intuitive and direct access to the specific room or area for the guests. Additionally, this feature makes managing and updating the tour a breeze as changes can be made to individual rooms or areas without affecting the entire tour.

Open / Close Objects

Interactive elements such as opening and closing objects within a virtual tour can be a unique and effective way to showcase the features and amenities of a hotel room or property. This optional feature can help to give prospective guests a more realistic and engaging experience of the property, and allow them to better understand the layout and functionality of the rooms. Additionally, this interactive feature can be a great way to highlight the unique and selling points of the property, such as a fully stocked bar or an armoire filled with items for the guest. Interactive elements like this can be incorporated into the virtual tour using an open / closed feature we have developed.

To see this in action, view an example of the Open / Close effect in the Armoire and Trolley in the Marina Bay Sands tour.

Day / Night Effect

Some hotel areas transform dramatically between day and night, like restaurants that shift from bright breakfast spots to elegantly lit dinner venues. To fully capture this, I offer a Day/Night effect for virtual tours. This feature allows seamless transitions between 360-degree images captured during both day and night.

Google Virtual Tours for Hotels and Resorts

For hotels seeking a comprehensive digital presence, a Google Virtual Tour is a viable option. I began my association with Google Street View in 2012 during its inception in Europe. By 2013, I had the distinction of being the first independent photographer in Singapore to be certified by Google.

The virtual tour links 360-degree images to your hotel's Google Business Listing and becomes a part of Google Street View. While the image quality may not be as high as using a separate interface, the virtual tour offers a familiar and easy-to-use Google Street View experience. Additionally, there are no hosting requirements to consider, making it a great option for hotels with hosting limitations.

360 Virtual Tours for Hotels and Resorts

My approach to hotel virtual tours mirrors that of traditional hotel photography. The process begins with a pre-production meeting, where we discuss and decide on the areas to be captured, culminating in a schedule tailored for the hotel marketing team. Just as with standard shoots, I provide retouching services, ensuring that the quality of my 360° photography meets the same high standards you've come to expect from traditional hotel imagery.

Overall, my hotel virtual tour services are an effective way to showcase a hotel's unique spaces and design elements to potential guests. They can help to drive bookings, increase occupancy rates, and enhance the overall guest experience.
